PARSNIPS

Takes 2 to 3 weeks to germinate.  Plant early in spring, let stay in ground to freeze at maturity for improved flavor.   One of my favorite vegetables.  Everyone should try growing some this year. Dig in  late Fall to early Winter or in Spring before they leaf out.  UPDATED FOR 2024
